Coronaviruses are a group of retroviruses that usually cause respiratory infections of varying severity in humans and animals. It is estimated that approximately one third of upper respiratory tract infections in humans can be caused by coronaviruses.

From the data available so far, it appears that SARS-CoV-2 is transmitted between people through close contact with respiratory droplets produced when someone exhales, talks, laughs, sneezes or coughs, as well as through contact with contaminated surfaces.

• headache

• skin rash or discoloration of the fingers or toes

• Staying at home. Teleworking and online education are recommended, where possible
• Abstinence from any activity outside the home, by any person showing symptoms of respiratory infection
• Proper use of a protective mask in all places, especially if crowded
• Interaction, especially close interaction, with any person should be avoided. Especially if a person has respiratory symptoms, such as coughing or sneezing. People in vulnerable groups must be particularly careful
• Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth
• When coughing or sneezing, cover the nose and mouth with your sleeve at elbow level or with a tissue, which will be disposed of in the trash cans and wash your hands with water & soap or an alcoholic solution
• Regular and thorough hand washing with liquid soap and water, for at least 20'', after contact with foreign objects, toilet use, before and after the use of a protective mask, and careful hand drying with disposable paper towels and disposal in the trash cans
• As an alternative to hand washing, thorough rubbing of hands with an antiseptic alcoholic solution or alcohol wipes can be applied
• Regular ventilation of the premises
• A visitors register is recommended, so that tracing is possible in case of an outbreak
• Strict adherence to the quarantine for those who are sick or have been in contact with such people, according to the instructions of experts
• Vaccination against the disease is recommended, according to the experts
